How long does it take to setup?

Reseller hosting accounts are setup instantly after signup. If you have a current reseller plan with a different hosting provider, we'll even migrate all your accounts for free. Just open a ticket with our migrations department after signing up and we'd be happy to help!

What is a reseller hosting plan?

Reseller hosting offers larger resources for you to divide amongst multiple hosting accounts. With our Linux Reseller Hosting plans, you get access to DirectAdmin Reseller Panel which allows you to create your own packages, create individual DirectAdmin accounts, customize your control panel with your own branding and manage all of your accounts. What is the difference from DirectAdmin and cPanel reseller plans?

Main difference is the control panel! While you may have never heard of DirectAdmin control panel, chances are you have heard of cPanel control panel. cPanel has been the industry leading hosting control panel for many many years making it the familiar and go to choice. However, due to the popularity and high demand, cPanel's pricing constantly goes up and they now charge per account you have. This means it is no longer a monthly licensing fee to use cPanel, but now a monthly licensing fee plus a charge for each account you have using cPanel. This can get very costly, quick. DirectAdmin entered the market in 2003 and after cPanel made this license change, DirectAdmin has been sigfnicantly growing to be users preferred control panel.
